Iris Giggie
Iris Giggie of Perth-Andover passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, September 26, 2015.

Iris was born in Woodstock, NB on January 8, 1932. She was the daughter of the late Bill and Mary (DeMerchant) Clark. Iris leaves behind her daughters Mary Cobbett (Frank) of Oromocto, NB, Marlene Manuel of Perth-Andover, Patty Goodine of Plaster Rock, Joanne Giggie (Gerald Michaud) of Grand Falls, Susan Giggie (Jeff Williams) of Perth-Andover; her sons Marven Giggie (Sally) of Calgary, AB, Dale Giggie (Cheryl) of Slave Lake, AB, Dwayne Giggie (Deloris Michaud) of Perth-Andover; her sister Marietta Johnson of Woodstock; brothers Anson Clark, Clayton Clark (Betty), and Edward Clark (Mildred) all of Hartland, Cyril Clark (Lois) of Oshawa, ON, Harley Clark of Canterbury, NB; 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Iris was predeceased by her husband Edmund Giggie; son Dalton Giggie; sister Geraldine MacLean; Brothers Moncel Clark, Wilson Clark, Clarence Clark; and a great-granddaughter Mackenzie Carr.

Funeral service was held at the Calvary Tabernacle on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 2 pm. Rev. Jonathan McNair officiated. Interment followed in the Wharton Cemetery, Upper Kent, NB.

Music for the service was by Rev. Everett and Lois Corcoran. The eulogy was given by Mary Cobbett and Joanne Giggie.

Pallbearers were Shane Giggie, Josh Giggie, Frank Cobbett, Zack Walker, Ken Crawford, and Shane Giggie.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB.
