Wayne "Don" Smith

Wayne "Don" Smith of Plaster Rock passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2016 in Woodstock, NB.

Don was born in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON, on June 6, 1948. He was the son of the late Harry and Gladys (Thomas) Smith. Don leaves behind his loving wife of over 40 years Trixie Smith {Paget); his brother Ed Smith of Point Clark, ON; his nephew Gerald Smith of London, ON; along with many friends. He was predeceased by his parents; his brother Gary Smith; and his sister-in-law Catherine Smith.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 2 pm from the Tobique Chapel. Rev. Warren Clapham officiated. Interment will be in the Burntland Brook Cemetery at a later date.

Music for the service was by David King. The eulogy was given by Dr. Barry Wecker.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Plaster Rock and Perth-Andover.
