Arlen H. Christensen

Following a brief illness, Arlen Hugh Christensen of Lower Woodstock, NB passed away at the Upper River Valley Hospital on July 3, 2016.

Arlen was born in Plaster Rock, NB on August 1, 1955. He was the son of the late Earl and Signa (Oakes) Christensen. Arlen leaves behind his sisters Janet Ingraham (Brian) of Bear Island, NB, Jolene Jarrett (Tim) of Kenosha, WI; his brother Gary E. Christensen (Sandra) of Hillandale, NB.

Funeral service was held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Rev. E.J. Corcoran officiated, assisted by Rev. Tony Stoddart and Rev. David Ferrell. Interment followed in the Hillcrest Cemetery.

Music for the service was by Rev. and Mrs. E.J. Corcoran, Rev. and Mrs. Tony Stoddart, Rev. and Mrs. Roma Ferrell. The eulogy was given by Janet Ingraham and Jolene Jarrett.

Honorary pallbearers were Jared Christensen, Jeff Christensen, Gregory Wall, Signe Williams, Ingrid Johansen, and Alyssa Wall.

Pallbearers were Wilson Briggs, Stephen Pray, John Kurkurski, Scott Williams, Jesse O'Donnell, and Dale Orser.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
