Norena Davidson

Norena Davidson passed away peacefully at the Victoria Glen Manor on October 10, 2016.

Norena was born in Tilley, NB on December 7, 1930. She was the daughter of the late Leslie and Elva (Kinney) Eccleston. Norena leave behind her son Lawrence Davidson (Sharon) of Anderson Road; her daughters Elva Dickinson (Charles) of Fredericton, Sheila Burgoyne (John) of Plaster Rock; her sisters Marion Powers of Plaster Rock, Elezena Page (Paul) of Tilley; 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Lawrence Davidson; her grandson Christopher Burgoyne; sisters Rosena Eccleston and Donna Sawyer; brothers Frank, Fred, Bernard, and Harold Eccleston.

Funeral service was held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 11 am from the Tobique Chapel. Rev. Carl DeMerchant officiated. Interment followed in the Linton Corner Cemetery.

Music for the service was by Tammy Chase. The eulogy was given by Darlene Eccleston-Green.

Pallbearers were Calvin Davidson, Dwight Jones, Donnie Eccleston, Kevin Eccleston, Peter Eccleston, and Ron Eccleston.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
