John Inman

1931-2016

John Inman
With his family by his side, John Charles Inman of Perth-Andover passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on November 27, 2016.

John was born in Kilburn, NB on November 22, 1931. He was the son of the late Harold and Elva (Kerr) Inman. John leaves behind his wife of 58 years Marietta Inman (Goodine); his children, Kathy Goodine of Tilley and Mark Inman (Evangeline) of Fredericton; his grandchildren Melissa Ferguson (Jared) of Saint John, Mitchell Goodine of Fredericton, Marquelle Piers (Jonathan) of Fredericton; his sisters Clara Jackson (Cecil) of Perth-Andover, Flora Nye (Donald) of Perth-Andover, Maxine Osborne of Calgary, Ruth Davidson (George) of Kilburn; brothers Paul Inman (Hazel) of Fredericton, Gerald Inman (Auralie) of Woodstock, Percy Inman (Gloria) of Kilburn; along with many nieces and nephews.

John was predeceased by his parents; his grandson Jared Inman; and his son-in-law Kevin Goodine.

Funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 2 pm from Calvary Tabernacle. Rev. David Ferrell officiated, assisted by Rev. H.M. Lewis, Rev. Reg Thomas and Rev. Jonathan McNair. Interment followed in the Hillcrest Cemetery.

Music for the service was by Rev. David and Roma Ferrell, Mitchell Goodine, Vangie Inman, Marquelle Piers, Wayne and Elizabeth Goodine. Remarks on John's life were shared by Rev. H.M. Lewis, Flora Nye, Rev. Reg Thomas, and Mark Inman.

Honorary pallbearers were Frank Rymarchuck, Ronnie Goodine, Joe McPhail, Claude Crawford, Marven Goodine, Erick Tompkins, and Roger Pelkey.

Pallbearers were Kevin Inman, Larry Ruff, Ross Goodine, Randy Inman, Malcolm Nye, Gerald Goodine

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
