Leslie Clark
Following a courageous battle with cancer and with his family by his side, Leslie Leland Clark of Craig's Flat passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on February 21, 2017.

Leslie was born on November 19, 1936. He was the son of the late Alvin and Alice (Everett) Clark. Les leaves behind his loving wife, Lorraine Clark (Fournier); his daughter Lillian Taylor (Douglas) of Upper Kent, NB; his grandchildren Lyndon Clark (Molly O'Shea), Lacey Clark (Matthew Gamblin), Ashley Allen (Seth Allen) and Josh Taylor (Jessica Thomas); his great grandson Jaxxon; his daughter-in-law Leila Clark of Carlingford; his sisters Frances Lavoie (John) of Connecticut, Shirley Kinney of Carlinford, Pamela Michaud of Carlingford, Reona Clark of Perth-Andover, Loella Clark of Carlingford; his brothers Dennis Clark of Carlingford, Douglas "Asa" Clark (Kelly) of Plaster Rock; along with many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law.

Les was predeceased by his parents; his sons Leland Clark and Randall Clark; and his sisters Dora Clark and Vella Foster.

Leslie was a member of the local Knights of Columbus.

Funeral service was held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 2 pm from St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church. Father Gilbert Doddatto celebrated, assisted by Father Curtis Sappier and Deacon Paul Paradis. Interment will be in the parish cemetery at a later date.

Music for the service was by the Scheidler Family. The eulogy was given by Lacey Clark and Ashley Allen. A poem was read by Linda Sprague-Gillespie and Martha Hill.

Pallbearers were Lyndon Clark, Josh Taylor, Seth Allen, Matthew Gambling, Bobby Blanchette, and Jeff Clark.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
