Linda Goodine

Following a brief illness, Linda Goodine of New Denmark passed away at the Upper River Valley Hospital on February 25, 2017.

Linda was born in Perth-Andover, NB on February 8, 1952. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Louaina (Lennon) Hersey. Linda leaves behind her husband of 50 years, Firmen Goodine of New Denmark; her daughters Rexann Eubanks (Luther IV) of Sparks Nevada, Lily Eccleston (Kevin) of Anderson Road; her sons John Goodine (Wendy) of New Denmark, Ron Goodine (Mary) of Woodstock; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren; her sister Marion Cochran (Darrell) of Des Moines, Iowa; her brother Joeman Hersey (Beth) of Lake Edward.

Funeral service was held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 1 pm from the Tobique Chapel. Father Stephen Harnish officiated. Interment will be in St. Alban's Anglican Cemetery in Medford at a later date.

Music for the service was by Tammy Chase. The eulogy was given by Linda's sister, Marion Cochran. The urn bearer was Luther Eubanks IV.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
