Avis Pelletier
1936-2017
Following a lengthy illness, Avis Pelletier passed away peacefully at
her son's home in California Settlement on April 17, 2017.
Avis was born in Argosy, NB on October 6, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Olive (Stone) Williams. Avis leaves behind her husband Omar Pelletier; her sons Clayton Pelletier of Winnipeg, MB, Joseph Pelletier of California Settlement, Timothy Pelletier (Brenda Johnson) of Beaconsfield; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; her sister Helen Berube of Calais, ME; her brother Ralph Williams Jr. (Ruth) of Beaconsfield; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Avis was predeceased by her parents; her daughter Katherine Marie Pelletier; her granddaughter Megan Pelletier; her sisters Mabel Post, Opal McDougall, and Pauline Williams; brothers Harold, Phillip, Clayton, Herman, Harry, Ernest, and Emery Williams.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11 am from St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church. Father Gilbert Doddatto celebrating. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
