Peter Robert Nichols of Aroostook passed away unexpectedly at Hotel
Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on Friday, June 16, 2017.
Peter was born in Hoyt, NB, on July 30, 1947. He was the son of the late Peter John and Clara (Gillett) Nichols. Peter leaves behind his sons, Sherman Michelle (Leah) of Stettler, AB, and Peter Michelle of Calgary, AB; his siblings, Bernice Kennard of Ottawa, ON, Loretta Lemieux of Halifax, NS, Pearl Rossignol of Odell, NB, Rose Byram of St-Leonard, NB, Joan Bourgoin (Wilfred) of Red Rapids, NB, Lucy Comeau of Cambridge, ON, Melvin Nichols of Cambridge, ON, Michael Nichols(Wendy) of Ottawa, ON, Charles Nichols (Margaret) of Tilley, NB, and Norman Nichols (Kathy) of Oromocto, NB; his granddaughters, Brianna Michelle and Kaleesi Michelle, both of Alberta; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Peter was predeceased by his parents, and his brother Samuel Nichols.
Respecting the family's wishes, a private celebration of Peter's life will be held.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
