Alberta O'Hagan
It is with great sadness that the family of Alberta O'Hagan announce her passing at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on August 5, 2017. She was the wife of the late Edward O'Hagan.

Alberta was born in Bloomfield, NB (Carleton County) on May 24, 1930. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Hazel (Wasson) McQuade. Alberta leaves behind her daughter, Theresa Finnamore (Wilfred) of Perth-Andover; her grandchildren, Joe Finnamore of Fredericton, NB, Angela Finnamore (Calvin Davidson) of Plaster Rock, and Ryan Finnamore (Nicolle Vincent) of Halifax, NS; her great grandchildren, Adella and Lucas; her brother, Hazen McQuade (Isabelle) of Medford, NB; along with several nieces and nephews.

Alberta was predeceased by her parents; her husband; and her nephew, Terry McQuade.

Alberta worked as a switchboard operator at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital for 26 years. She was also a member of the CWL.

Funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 2 pm from Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Aroostook, NB. Father Gilbert Doddatto celebrated, assisted by Father Curtis Sappier. Interment followed in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Tilley, NB.

Music for the service was David Eagan and Bethany McQuade. The eulogy was given Alberta's grandson, Ryan Finnamore.

Honorary pallbearers were Joe Finnamore, Ryan Finnamore, and Lucas Finnamore.

Pallbearers were Arnold McQuade, Richard McQuade, Brian Goodine, Josh O'Hagan, Joe O'Hagan, and Gordon Drummond.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
