Raymond "Bob" Tomah

Following a lengthy illness, Raymond "Bob" Joseph Tomah of Tobique First Nation, NB, passed away at the Upper River Valley Hospital on the evening of October 5, 2017.

Bob was born in Calais, ME, on December 8, 1937. He was the son of the late Raymond Sr. and Patricia (Paul) Tomah. Bob leaves behind his daughters, Lynn Mitchell (Dana) of Perry, ME, Michelle Tomah of Vancouver, WA, Pamela Tomah of Dover Plains, NY, Patricia Tilton (Barrett) of Perry, ME, April Tomah of Greenbush, ME; his son, Michael Tomah (Jennifer) of Roscoe, NY; 16 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; sisters Geraldine Tomah of Indian Township, ME, Iris Kloski of Tobique First Nation, NB; brothers Vaughn Nicholas of Tobique First Nation, NB, Eldon Bernard (Della) of Tobique First Nation, NB, Stuart Tomah of Indian Township, ME; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Bob was predeceased by his parents; his son, Robert James Tomah Jr.; his brother, Alexander "Sandy" Paul; and his sisters, Martina Tomah and Joyce Sappier.

Funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 11:30 am (Eastern Time) from St. Mary's Catholic Church in Houlton, ME. Interment followed in Evergreen Cemetery in Houlton, ME.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
