Genevieve H. Pearson
Genevieve H. Pearson of Quaker Brook, NB, passed away unexpectedly at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on January 6, 2018.

Genevieve was born in Quaker Brook, NB, on August 18, 1919. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Jean (Anderson) Tatlock. Genevieve leaves behind her sons, Gary Pearson (Cathy) of Oshawa, ON, Darryel Pearson (Judy) of Quaker Brook, NB; her grandchildren, Vicki Pearson-Stevenson, Gary Pearson Jr., Cindy Pearson, Doug Pearson, Julie Pearson, and James Pearson; eleven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; her daughter-in-law, Anita Sutthery-Sprague of Stoney Creek, ON; her half-sisters, Avis Fitton (Mel) of Dumfries, NB, Adele Kinney of Woodstock, NB, Theresa Kennedy (Bobby) of Anderson Road, NB; her half-brothers, Thomas Tatlock (Linda) and Edward Tatlock, both of Anderson Road, NB.

Genevieve was predeceased by her parents; her husband, James Robert Pearson; two infant daughters; her son, Nelson Pearson; her sister, Dorothy Brinkman; brothers, Arnold Tatlock and Joseph Craig; and her half-brother, Paul Tatlock.

Genevieve was an amateur artist. She enjoyed painting pictures, murals and signs. Many people in the area have pictures painted by Genevieve in their homes. She was also a member of the Western Valley Horse and Saddle Club.

Funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Mr. Michael Grant officiating. Interment will be in the Forest Glen Cemetery at a later date.

Music for the service was by Michael Grant, David McGuire, Rev. Todd McGuire, and Penny McGuire. Remembrances were shared by Cindy Pearson, Gary Pearson Jr., and Deanne Channing. A poem was read by Julie Pearson.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
