Daniel "Danny" Fournier of Kilburn, NB, passed away
peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on January 17, 2018.
Danny was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on December 27, 1952. He was the son of Herman and Edwina (Ouellette) Fournier of Perth-Andover, NB. Besides his parents, Danny leaves behind his loving wife, Naida Fournier (Grant); his sons, Hugh Fournier (Katrina) of Ayr, ON, Chad Fournier of Kilburn, NB, Craig Fournier (Monique) of Trail, BC; his five grandchildren, Tristan, Kaitlynn, Zuri, Kolton, and Ashton; his sisters, Judy Durepos (Raymond) of Perth-Andover, NB, Giselle Bugbee of Fort Fairfield, ME, Annette Ballard of Perth-Andover, NB, Rosie Crawford of Perth-Andover, NB, Laurie-Anne Drost (Brent) of Fredericton, NB; his brothers, David Fournier (Debbie) of Kilburn, NB, Roger Fournier (Bonnie) of Arthurette, NB, James Fournier (Diane) of Kilburn, NB, Hubert Fournier of Perth-Andover, NB; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Danny was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council # 6414. He has been a resident of the Victoria Glen Manor since October of 2015.
Funeral service was held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 11 am from St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church. Father Gilbert Doddatto celebrated. Interment will be in the Kilburn Community Cemetery at a later date.
Music for the service was by organist Marsha Lang and the church choir. Memories were shared by Danny's nieces, Stacey Fournier ans Tara Winzar. The urn was carried by Danny's son, Hugh Fournier.
Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
