Following a brief illness, Stillman Sullivan of Gladwyn, NB, passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on May 20, 2018.

Stillman was born in Medford, NB, on November 1, 1919. He was the son of the late Isaac and Elizabeth (Beaumaster) Sullivan. Stillman leaves behind his sons, Peter Sullivan (Mona) of Sisson Ridge, NB, Edward Sullivan (Shelley) of Gladwyn, NB; his grandchildren, Kane Sullivan, Jacob Sullivan, Katlyn Sullivan; and his great granddaughter, Aurora Bem.

Stillman was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Monica Sullivan (Firlotte); his sisters, Beatrice McCann, Annie Anderson, and Dorothy McLean; his brothers, Edward, James, Michael, Frederick, Oscar, Lewis, Thomas, and Bernard.

Stillman was a Veteran of WWII and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #85. He worked for many years for the NB Department of Transportation as a road grader operator.

Funeral service was held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 11 am from St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church. Father Paul Paradis celebrated. Interment followed in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Red Rapids, NB.

Music for the service was by Mary McCann and David Eagan. The eulogy was given by Mary McCann.

Pallbearers were Keith, Gaylen, Verdell, Allie, Brian and Gary Sullivan.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
