Leila Argue
Leila Argue of Perth-Andover, NB, passed away at the Wauklehegan Manor in McAdam, NB, on July 6, 2018.

Leila was born in Tilley, NB, on April 11, 1926. She was the daughter of the late Hermon and Edna (Plant) Goodine. Leila leaves behind her daughters Cheryl Toner of Fredericton, NB; her son, R. Fletcher Argue (Karon) of Okotoks, AB; seven grandsons and one granddaughter; five great grandchildren; her sisters, Betty Stairs (William) of Perth-Andover, NB, Marietta Inman of Perth-Anbdover, NB, Maxine White-McAllister of Rothesay, NB; her brother, Graydon Goodine (Marie) of Perth-Andover, NB.

Leila was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Frederick Argue; her sisters, Eska Tompkins, Marie Parody, Louise Goodine, and Phyllis Milton; brothers, Clayton, Murchie, Gilbert, Haley, Donald, and Glazier Goodine.

Funeral service was held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 2 pm from Calvary Tabernacle, Perth-Andover, NB. Pastor David Ferrell officiated, assisted by Rev. Jonathan McNair. Interment followed in the Currie Cemetery, Tilley, NB.

Music for the service was by Rev. and Mrs. David Ferrell, Wayne and Elizabeth Goodine, and Leila's grandchildren. The eulogy was given by Trevor Argue.

Honorary pallbearers were, Ronald Goodine, Ross Goodine, Dan Goodine, Marven Goodine, and Reg Parody.

Pallbearers were Leila's grandchildren, Timothy Toner, James Toner, Trevor Argue, Travis Argue, Tommy Argue, Tyson Argue, and Tyler Argue.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
