Leonard Williams

Following a lengthy illness, Leonard Williams of Perth-Andover, NB, passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on July 1, 2020.

Leonard was born in California Settlement, NB, on August 31, 1934. He was the son of the late Leonard Sr. and Fern (Dee) Williams. Leonard leaves his loving wife of 61 years, Cheryl Williams (Taylor); his daughter, Ronda Williams of Kitchener, ON; his sons, Ritchie Williams of Fort Fairfield, ME, Troy Williams (Michelle) of California Settlement, NB; his grandchildren, Kaysha Davenport, Brayden Davenport, and Mya Williams; his great grandson, Benton Davenport; his sisters, Arlene Ladner of Easton, ME, Ada Perley of Tobique First Nation, NB; along with many nieces and nephews.

Leonard was predeceased by his parents; his sisters, Alma Williams, Robena Goodine, Leola Smith, Leona Pelkey, and Velma Brayall; his brothers, Hubert and Gilbert Williams.

Funeral service was held on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Rev. David Ferrell officiated, assisted by Rev. H.M. Lewis. Interment will be in the Donovan Cemetery in California Settlement, NB, at a later date.

Music for the service was by Rev. David and Roma Ferrell. The eulogy was given by Larry Williams.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB.
