Cyril Baird
1936-2014
Cyril Baird of McLaughlin, NB passed away at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph
Hospital on July 5, 2014.
Born in Blue Bell, NB on March 17, 1936, he was the son of the late Frederick and Melvina (Levesque) Baird. Cyril leaves behind his sister Florence Geneau of Arthurette; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents; his sisters Elizabeth "Betty" Lizotte, Aurore Goodine, Claire Parent, Rose Levesque, Demerise Sparrow, and Mary Sparrow; brothers Noel and Peter Baird.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 2 pm from the Assumption Catholic Church in Blue Bell. Father Gilbert Doddatto celebrated. Interment followed in the adjoining cemetery.
The urn was carried by Cyril's nephew, David Geneau.
Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
