Vivian Jenkins of Burntland Brook passed away at the Grand Falls
General Hospital on July 22, 2014.
Vivian was born in Crombie Settlement, NB on September 1, 1929. She was the daughter of the late George and Alice Hathaway. She leaves behind her daughter Darlene Sisson (Gerald) of Slave Lake, AB; her sons Edward Jenkins (Pacaita), Alvin Jenkins (Anne), Roger Jenkins (Lucy), and Paul Jenkins (Mabel) all from Burntland Brook; her sister Arlene Warke (Lorne) of Edmonton, AB; 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Henry Jenkins; infant children David and Trixie; her sister Laura Violette; her brother Gary Burgoyne.
Funeral service was held on Friday, July 25, 2014 at 11 am from the Tobique Chapel. Mr. Russell Parish officiated. Interment followed in the Burntland Brook Cemetery.
Music for the service was by Sarah Francoeur. Remembrances were shared by Paul Jamer, Roger Jenkins, and Yvette Jenkins.
Pallbearers were Luke Albert, Calvin Jenkins, Chad Jenkins, David Jenkins, Wesley Jenkins, and Jamie Stiles.
Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
