Cheryl Sappier

The passing of Cheryl Sappier of Tobique First Nation occurred at Saint John Regional Hospital on September 14, 2014.

Born in Tobique First Nation, NB, on April 15, 1958, she was the daughter of Carol Scott (Sappier). Besides her mother Carol; Cheryl leaves behind her daughters Sepsis Bear-Moulton (Ken Moulton), Rebecca Bear (Brian Innis), Sarah Bear (Travis Dunster) all from Tobique First Nation; her sons Christopher Bear and Jacob Sappier (Sierra Bartlett) both from Tobique First Nation; her sisters Lisa Perley-Dutcher (Stephen) of Tobique First Nation, Elaina Rutten (Jan) of Fredericton; her brothers John Perley (Lea Murchison) of Fredericton, Donald Daigle (Michelle) of Tobique First Nation; 11 grandchildren and one great grandson Myles. She was predeceased by her brother Darrell Daigle and grandparents Louis and Madeline Sappier.

Funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 4 pm from St. Ann's Catholic Church. Father Curtis Sappier celebrated. Interment followed in the adjoining cemetery.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB.
