Angus Butler

Angus Hubert Butler of Perth-Andover passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on October 16, 2014.

Angus was born in California Settlement, NB on May 25, 1940. He was the son of the late Norman and Mary (Roach) Butler. Angus leaves behind his daughters Laurie Treft (Jeff) of Kansas, Tina Post (Dean) of Perth-Andover, Cindy Tardy (Kevin) of Limestone, ME; his sons Curtis Butler (Kay) of Caswell, ME, Robert Butler (Cindy Lou) of Limestone, ME; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sisters Donna Loose (Donald) of Woodstock, NB, Laura Mazerolle (Donnie) of Brewer, ME, James Butler (Darleen) of California Settlement, Fred Butler (Diane) of Fort Fairfield, ME. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Norman Butler.

Funeral service was held on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 3 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Rev. Roy Dee officiated. Interment followed in the Sunset Cemetery, California Settlement, NB.

Music for the service was by Rev. Roy Dee and Barbara Moran. The eulogy was given by Cindy Butler.

Pallbearers were Ray Butler, Brett Butler, Taylor Butler, Adam Pelkey, Matthew Tardy, and Jimmy Butler.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
