Bernard Sullivan
Bernard Sullivan of Four Falls passed away peacefully at the Victoria Glen Manor on November 1, 2014.

Bernard was born in Medford, NB on February 17, 1916. He was the son of the late Isaac and Elizabeth (Bowmaster) Sullivan. Bernard leaves behind his daughters Roberta Curran of Perth-Andover, Freda Pirie (James) of Perth-Andover, Shirley Churchill (John) of Ellsworth, ME, Marion Evans (Larry) of Kentucky; his sons Verdell Sullivan (Mary) of Four Falls, Keith Sullivan (Cheryl) of Four Falls, Gaylen Sullivan (Karen) of Four Falls, Allison Sullivan (Valerie) of Carlingford; his sister Beatrice McCann of Perth-Andover; his brother Stillman Sullivan of Gladwyn; 23 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents; his wife Alice Sullivan (Hanscom); his granddaughter Jenna Sullivan; his grandson Calvin Kennedy; sisters Annie Anderson and Dorothy Flynn; brothers Eddy, Michael, Phillip, Frederick, Oscar, and Lewis Sullivan.

Funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 2 pm from Calvary Tabernacle, Perth-Andover. Rev. David Ferrell officiated, assisted by Rev. H.M. Lewis and Rev. Jonathan McNair. Interment followed in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Music for the service was by Rev. and Mrs. David Ferrell, Rev. and Mrs. Robert Eades, and Mrs. Mary Sullivan. The eulogy was given by Nathan Grace and a reading was by Valerie Sullivan.

Honorary pallbearers were grandsons Rick St. Peter, Brent St. Peter, Kendell Churchill, Brian Sullivan, Eugene Grace, Nathan Grace, Travis Sullivan, Andrew Sullivan, and Chris Sullivan.

Pallbearers were Bernard's sons, Verdell, Keith, Gaylen, and Allie Sullivan.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.

Bernard's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the doctors, nurses, manor staff, and homecare workers who have given him such excellent care over the past few years.
