Sheila Ruth Taylor
Sheila Taylor of Aroostook passed away peacefully at Victoria Glen Manor on November 10, 2014.

Sheila was born in Woodstock, NB on February 28, 1932. She was the daughter of the late John and Catherine (Sheridan) Coffey. Sheila leaves behind her sons Danny Taylor (Natalie Hollins-Taylor) of Red Rapids, NB, Jimmy Taylor (Vicki) of New Minas, NS, Graydon Taylor (Aldina Bouvier) of Cole Bay, SK, Mike Taylor (Helen Uong) of Toronto, ON, Robin Taylor (Mary) of Calgary, AB; her grandchildren Destiny, Dustin, Sheelah, Ben, Jacqueline, Jace, Jordie, Shannon, and Harrison; sisters Patricia Watt of Salt Spring Island, BC, Peggy Bonazoli (Bob) of Hamilton, Mass, Kathleen Hodgdon of Cohasset, Mass., Julia Parks (Joe) of Victoria, BC, Mary Helm of Windsor, ON; brothers Michael Coffey of Calgary, AB, Charles Coffey (Anne) of Toronto, ON; and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Darrold Taylor; her brother Francis Coffey.

Sheila moved to the area in 1950 and worked at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital as an RNA until her retirement.

Funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Father Gilbert Doddatto officiated. Interment followed in the Presbyterian Rural Cemetery.

Music for the service was by organist Kenneth Campbell and soloist Shannon Taylor. Remembrances were shared by Robin Taylor and Charles Coffey.

Honorary pallbearers were Jim, Graydon, and Mike Taylor.

Pallbearers were Danny, Robin, Dustin, Jace, Ben and Jordie Taylor.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
