Burns Gallagher
1942-2015
Following a brief illness, Burns Gallagher of Arthurette passed away
at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on February 11, 2015.
Burns was born in Grand Falls, NB on April 10, 1942. He was the son of the late Harold and Olive (Davenport) Gallagher. Burns leaves behind his children Darlene, Penny, Stephanie, Blaine, and Jody; his sisters Judy Juniper (Peter) of Fredericton, Mary Roach (Andre) of Fort McMurray, AB, Helen Fitzsimmons (Clayton) of Limestone, ME, Cathy Pelkey (Robert) of Fredericton; his brothers Wayne Gallagher (Kim) of Arthurette, Harold Gallagher (Lori) of Boston, Mass, Roger Gallagher (Andrea) of Fredericton, Randy Gallagher (Pam) of Morrell Siding, John Gallagher (Sheila) of Four Falls. He was predeceased by his parents; his daughter Fern; his sister Darlene Gallagher; his nephew Timmy Bowmaster.
Burns enjoyed the outdoors. Among his favourite activities were four-wheeling and riding the lawn tractor.
In keeping with Burns' wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will be in the Ortonville Baptist Cemetery at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
