Nora Northrup
Nora Northrup passed away peacefully at the Tobique Valley Manor on March 3, 2015.

Nora was born in Riviere-Blue, Quebec on April 22, 1920. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Delima (Doucette) Jay. Nora leaves behind her daughters Karen Green (Robert) of Wapske, NB, Marjorie Corcoran (Ben) of Salisbury, NB; her stepson Richard Northrup (Toni) of Saugatuck, MI; her sisters Velma Brown of Nackawic, NB, Theresa Wark (Doug) of Plaster Rock; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Ronald Northrup; her stepson Robert Northrup; her brother Hayward Jay; sister-in-law Monica Jay; and brothers-in-law Walter Brown and Eugene Burgoyne.

Funeral service was held on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 2 pm from St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Father Gilbert Doddatto celebrated, assisted by Mr. Harold Short-Evans. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery at a later date.

Music for the service was by Mr. Kenneth Campbell. The eulogy was given by Michelle Windle.

Pallbearers were Malcolm Green, Peter Evans, Keaton Burgoyne, Jared Burgoyne, Zachary DesRoches, and Robert Green.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
