Minnie Paris
With her family by her side, Minnie Grace Paris of Tilley passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on March 23, 2015.

Minnie was born in Wapske, NB on May 24, 1927. She was the daughter of the late Karl and Pheobie (Boreland) Elliott. Minnie leaves behind her children Elaine Castonguay (Gerald) of Grand Falls, Malcolm Paris (Charlene) of Tilley, Wendell Paris (Janice) of Fort MacMurray, AB, Roger Paris (Rose-Mary) of Saltsprings, NB; 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren; her sister Uta Hanscomb of Lakeville, NB; her half-sister Hope Piers of Fredericton; her half-brothers William Elliott of Plaster Rock, Gerald Elliott of Plaster Rock, Richard Elliott of Lower Kintore, Chester Elliott and Arthur Elliott, both of British Columbia. She was predeceased by her husband Murray Paris in 2013; her son Frank Paris in 1973; her grandson Trevor Paris in 2015; her sister Dorothy Pryor; brothers Ivan and Ronald Elliott; and her half-brother Paul Elliott.

Minnie was a member or the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Branch # 36.

Funeral service was held at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 11 am. Father Gilbert Doddatto celebrated. Interment will be held in St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Cemetery at a later date.

Music for the service was Garold Hanscom and Guy Gallagher. The eulogy was given by Tanya Bell.

Pallbearers were Chad Paris, Jason Paris, Wayne Paris, Hubert Paris, Clinton St. Peter, and Zack Rossignol.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
