Delton R. Hanley

Delton Robert Hanley of Perth-Andover passed away suddenly at Upper River Valley Hospital on April 28, 2015 following a short illness .

Delton was born in Saint John, NB on April 25, 1978. He was the son of Carl Hanley (Gloria) of Back Bay, NB and Brenda Logan (Barry) of Montague, PEI. Besides his parents, Delton leaves behind his wife Tiffany Hanley (Hoyt); his daughters Rebecca and Adara Hanley; his brother Chad Hanley (Krysta) of L'Etang, NB; his nieces Chelsea and Payton; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws who loved him dearly. Delton has been predeceased by his grandparents Tilley and Mildred Parks, and Beverley and Pauline Hanley.

Delton was an award winning musician, a founding member of Golden Harmony, and a graphic designer. Through many challenges, he never lost his faith in God nor his ability to interact with and enjoy the love of his family.

Funeral service was held on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Mr. Chris Shoemaker officiated, assisted by Rev. Gordon Cooke Jr. Interment followed in Larlee Creek Cemetery.

Music for the service was by members of Sistema New Brunswick, Adara Hanley, Dave Halpine, and Emmanuel Ortega. A poem was read by Melanie Zwicker.

The family would like to thank the Ladies from the Wesleyan Church for the lunch they catered.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
