Kenneth (Bud) Campbell Sr.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Kenneth (Bud) Campbell Sr. of Arthurette, NB on Friday, May 15, 2015.

Bud was the middle child of the late Harry and Madge (Manuel) Campbell. He is survived by his two sons, Kenneth Campbell (Judith) of Plaster Rock, and Steven Campbell (Dawn) of Moncton. Bud is also survived by his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Sara (Michael) and their daughter Paisley; Kristy (Ryan) and their sons Jacob, Nathan, and Alexander; Joel (Carmelina) and their daughters Clara and Stella; Connie (Mark) and their son Cole, and their daughter Maggie; Robbie (Stacey) and their daughter Avery; and Andrew. Bud is also survived by his son-in-law Lance (Linda) Bishop.

Bud was predeceased by his parents; his beloved wife of 62 1/2 years, Myrtle Geraldine (Briggs); daughters Constance Ann, Belinda Jane, and Margaret Jean (Peggy) Bishop; sisters Eileen M. (Ronald) Watters and A. Jean (Daniel) Merrithew.

Funeral service was held on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 2 pm from the United Baptist Church, Plaster Rock. Rev. Warren Clapham officiated. Interment followed at the Arthurette United Baptist Cemetery.

Music for the service was by organist Kenneth Campbell, Steven and Dawn Campbell, and Rick Watters. The eulogy was given by Steven Campbell.

Pallbearers were Andrew Bishop, Robbie Bishop, Joel Campbell, Danny Merrithew, Roger Merrithew, and Richard Watters.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
