Davis Stacey

Davis Stacey of Plaster Rock, NB passed away peacefully at the Grand Falls General Hospital on May 29, 2015.

Davis was born in Quaker Brook on July 20, 1951. He was the son of the late George and Ellen (Smith) Stacey. Davis leaves behind his wife, Susan Stacey; his sons, Ryan (Michelle) Stacey of Grand Falls, NB, and Chris (Natalie) Stacey of Florenceville, NB; two sisters, Marion Storr of Brossard, Que, and Shirley (George) Purcell of Cochrane, AB; two brothers, George (Doreen) Stacey of Quaker Brook, NB, and Norman Stacey of Quaker Brook, NB. Davis also leaves behind his beloved granddaughter, Claire Stacey of Florenceville; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents; brother Clarence Stacey.

Davis enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding his ATV, and spending time with his family and friends.

Funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 2 pm from the Plaster Rock United Baptist Church. Rev. Dwayne Broad officiated.

Music for the service was by Susan Geneau and Elizabeth Brayall. The eulogy was given by Tina Pelletier. The urn was carried by Bonnie Fournier.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
