Emily Silber

Emily Silber of Perth-Andover, NB, passed away peacefully at the Victoria Glen Manor on the morning of Saturday, December 19, 2020.

Emily was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia on October 23, 1925. She was the daughter of the late Emil and Louise (Tajblova) Caba. Emily leaves behind her daughter, Louise Gimblett (Nick Michaud) of Tobique Narrows, NB; her son, Dr. William Silber (Shelley) of Dallas, TX; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Emily was predeceased by her parents; and her husband, Andrej Silber, whom she married in 1948.

Emily was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She worked as a financial analyst for the Federal Department of Veterans Affairs prior to her retirement. Emily moved to the area from Toronto, ON, in 2013 to be closer to her daughter.

Respecting the family's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service held.
