Jeffrey Boone

Following a brief illness, Jeffrey Boone of Rowena, NB, passed away peacefully at the Edmundston Regional Hospital on the evening of May 7, 2022.

Jeff was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on May 8, 1967. He was the son of Mary Jean Boone (DeMerchant) and the late David Boone. Besides his mother, who lives in Rowena, NB, Jeff leaves behind his brother, Christopher Boone (Adrienne) of Waterloo, ON; his nephews, Aidan and Zack Boone; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jeff was employed at Atlantic Potato Distributors Ltd. for a number of years. Jeff enjoyed fishing and was an avid Blue Jays fan. He also enjoyed to spend time with his family and friends.

Funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Pastor Reg Thomas officiated. Interment followed in the Rowena Baptist Cemetery.

The eulogy was given by Peter Swazey.

The pallbearers were Dana Davenport, Rick Giggie, Thomas Giggie, Jamie Swazey, Ashton Swazey, and Bowen Milbury.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB.
