Ruby Robertson

Following a period of failing health, Ruby Robertson of Plaster Rock, NB, passed peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on January 21, 2023.

Ruby was born in Sisson Ridge, NB, on November 9, 1943. She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Aleen (White) Green. Ruby leaves behind her loving husband of 62 years, Clem Robertson; her daughters, Tammy Robertson (Randy) of Calgary, AB, Trudy Robertson of Cambridge, ON; her son, Leslie Robertson (Isabelle) of Calabogie, ON; her grandchildren, Matthew Robertson, Julia Robertson, Madison Aberg, Genevieve Robertson, and Raleigh Aberg; her sisters, Sheila Linton (Bill) of Three Brook, NB, Sharon Price of Woodstock, NB, Glenna Andersen of Perth-Andover, NB, Donna Virtanen of Caribou, ME; her brother, Fred Green Jr. (Donna) of Plaster Rock, NB; along with many nieces and nephews.

Ruby was predeceased by her parents; her sisters, Agnes Pelletier, Bertha Morin, Sybil Oliver, Aldeen Green, Kathleen Wark, Doris Reed, and Brenda Simpson; brothers Fred, Ralph, Redorn, Carroll, and Charles Green.

A celebration of Ruby's life will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023 from 2-5 pm at the Plaster Rock Royal Canadian Legion. Interment will be in Linton Corner Cemetery at a later date.
