Bernadine Tapley

Bernadine Mae Tapley of Weaver, NB, passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on Thursday, March 30, 2023.

Bernadine was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on November 26, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Borden and Dora (Gough, nee Canavan) Lunn. Bernadine leaves behind her children, Robert Green (Karen) of Wapske, NB, Ronald Green (Karen) of Weaver, NB, Leslie Green (Anna) of Weaver, NB, Gwen Ruff (Mike) of Blue Bell, NB, Leigh Green of Weaver, NB, William Green (Theresa) of Wapske, NB, Marilyn Howe (Dave) of Moncton, NB, Marlene Green-Storey (Dean) of Fredericton, NB, Ivy May Noble (Roger) Rusagonis, NB, Connie Wright (Kendall) of Somerville, NB; her step-children, Sandra Tapley of Oxbow, NB, and Susan Zee of New York; her sister, Elizabeth (Lynn Mahaney) Gough of Plaster Rock, NB; along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Bernadine was predeceased by her parents; her first husband, Robert Clair Green; her second husband, Norman Tapley; her brothers, Dawson Lunn and Leslie Lunn; her grandchildren, Kaylee Green and Leslie Ruff.

A celebration of Bernadine's life will be held at the Tobique Lions Club in Plaster Rock, NB, on Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 1-3:30 pm. Interment will follow in Burntland Brook Cemetery.

For those who wish, memorial donations to the Burntland Brook Cemetery, the Victoria County SPCA, or the Mama Bear Cancer fund would be appreciated by the family.
