Joseph Kukurski

Joseph Maxwell Kukurski of Aroostook, NB, passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 13, 2023.

Joe was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on March 4, 1953. He was the son of the late Edward and Naida (White) Kukurski. Joe leaves behind his sisters, Jane Royle of Perth-Andover, NB, Julie Smith (Allie) of Red Rapids, NB, Jill Harper (Jeff) of Milton, ON, and Jennifer MacKenzie (Joel Parker) of Kelowna, BC; his brother, John Kukurski (Susan) of New Denmark, NB; along with several nieces and nephews whom he deeply adored.

Joe had several different careers during his working years. From member of the RCMP, working on the oil rigs, and more recently, being a truck driver. Joe enjoyed anything that would involve being outdoors, from bass fishing to hunting and everything in between. He was a member of the Perth-Andover Elks Club and was a frequent volunteer at the Larlee Creek Hallabaloo.

Respecting Joe's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service held. A private family celebration will be held at a later date.

For those who wish, memorial donations to the Victoria County SPCA or to the Making a Difference Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.
