Gerald Jividen

The death of Gerald Jividen occurred August 25, 2023 at his home. Gerald was born November 3, 1946 in Hometown, West Virginia. He was the son of the late Hanzel and Bessie Jividen. Besides his parents Gerald was predeceased by two sons: John Jividen and Billy Jividen; one brother Ray Jividen and one sister Gail Wagner.

Gerald is survived by his loving wife Freda; 4 daughters: Una Elledge(Alan) of Smithville, Virginia, Linda Stinney(Omar) of Brown Mill's, New Jersey, Misty Jividen of Smithville, Virginia and Pam Nicholas of Fredericton, NB; one son Gary Jividen(Christy) of Whenfield, West Virginia; 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; one sister Janet Tucker of Eleanor, West Virginia; two brothers: Tom Jividen of Eleanor, West Virginia and Terry Jividen of St. George, West Virginia as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Keeping with Gerald's wishes there will be no formal visitation or funeral at this time, a private celebration of Gerald's life will take place at a later date.
