Daniel Saulis

Daniel Saulis of Tobique First Nation, NB, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 11, 2023.

Daniel was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on July 23, 1975. He was the son of Gary Sappier Sr. and the late Laurena Saulis. Besides his father, Daniel leaves behind his daughter, Savannah Saulis of Grand Falls, NB; his sons, Daniel Saulis of Calgary, AB, Austin Saulis (Alyssia) of Woodstock, NB, Hunter Saulis of Fredericton, NB; his five grandchildren; his sisters, Veronica Michaud (Marc) of Tobique First Nation, NB, Daisy Saulis-Bear (Ron) of Tobique First Nation, NB, Kelly Saulis (John Moulton) of Tobique First Nation, NB, Kerry Lynn Paul of Vancouver, BC; his brothers, Bronson Sappier of Tobique First Nation, NB, Adam Saulis (Sara) of Tobique First Nation, NB, and Paul Sappier of Tobique First Nation, NB.

Daniel was predeceased by his mother, and his brother Gary Sappier Jr.

Resting at the Paul Pyres Community Hall with visitation starting on Thursday at 11 am and going on until 12:30 pm on Friday. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 1 pm from St. Ann's Catholic Church, Tobique First Nation, NB. Father Curtis Sappier celebrating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery at a later date.
