Jean Marie Goodine

Jean Marie Goodine of Aroostook Junction, NB, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully in her sleep, at her home on December 14, 2023.

Jean was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on November 22, 1952. She was the daughter of the late O'Neil and Loretta (Roach) Page. Jean leaves behind her loving husband, Allen Goodine; her daughters, Wanda Goodine (partner Scott) of Perth-Andover, NB, Tina Goodine of Perth-Andover, NB, Jennifer Sappier (partner Neil Perley) of Tobique First Nation, NB; her son, Allen "Fred" Goodine Jr. (Lois) of Debolt, AB; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, with one more on the way; her sisters, Joela Page of California, Claudia Page of Ottawa, ON, Adele Page of Fredericton, NB; brothers, Larry Page (Cheryl) of Lake Edward, NB, Jessie Page (Joanne) of Fredericton, NB, Samuel Page of Centreville, NB, James Page of British Columbia, Lee Beaulieu of Woodstock, NB; along with many nieces and nephews.

Jean was predeceased by her parents; her sisters, Roxanne page and Anne-Marie Page.

Funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Father Curtis Sappier officiated. Interment followed in Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery.

Soloist for the service was David Andersen. The eulogy was given by Josh MacIntosh.

Pallbearers were Zack Giggie, Josh MacIntosh, Larry Sockabasin, Joe Sockabasin, Kendall Sutherland, and Derek Tupper.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB.
