Burton Scott

Burton Scott of Bairdsville, NB, passed away unexpectedly at his home on March 3, 2024.

Burton was born in Dover Hill, NB, on January 5, 1940. He was the son of the late Stephen Earl and Annabelle (Johnson) Scott. Burton leaves behind his daughters, Patricia Scott (Shannon Cameron) of Calgary, AB, Paula Scott of Fredericton, NB, Sarah Scott (Troy Plante) of Woodland, ME; his grandchildren, Emerson and Delaney Pirie; his sisters, Shirley Ballageer (William) of Hamilton, ON, Beulah Savoy of Presque Isle, ME, Marilyn O’Donnell (Robert) of Fort St. John, BC, and Gloria McDougall of Hartland, NB; his brother Albry Scott (Joanne) of Blue Hill, NB; along with several nieces and nephews.

Burton was predeceased by his parents; his wife Carolyn Scott (Evans) in 2022.

Respecting Burton's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service held. A celebration of Burton's life will be held at his home at a later date. Interment will be in St. George's Anglican Cemetery in Bairsville, NB.
