Joseph "Joey" McQuade

Following a brief illness, Joseph "Joey" McQuade of Grand Falls, NB, passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Friday, April 19, 2024.

Joey was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on July 4, 1961. He was the son of Jacqueline McQuade (Tupper) and the late Paul McQuade. Besides his mother, who lives in Grand Falls, NB, Joey leaves behind his sisters, Alma Dee (Arnold) of Morrell Siding, NB, Minnie St. Peter (Raymond St-Amand) of Arthurette, NB; his bothers, Wallace McQuade of Arthurette, NB, Jeffrey McQuade of Grand Falls, NB, Anthony McQuade of Edmonton, AB; along with several nieces and nephews.

Besides his father, Paul, Joey was predeceased by his brothers, Donald and Leighton McQuade.

Funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Father Gilbert Doddatto officiated. Interment followed in St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Cemetery.

The eulogy was given by Mr. Aldo Michaud. The urn was carried by Wallace McQuade.
