Margaret Hanscom

Margaret Ann Hanscom of Perth-Andover, NB, passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on July 11, 2024.

Margaret was born in Perth-Andover, NB on September 22, 1948. She was the daughter of the late Allison and Marion (Smith) Taylor. Margaret leaves behind her son, Tony Hanscom (Sue) of Connecticut; her grandson, T.J. Hanscom of Connecticut; her sisters, Cheryl Williams of Perth-Andover, NB, Ruth Johnson of Venice, FL, Lorraine Simpson of Venice, FL, Marie Taylor of Plaster Rock, NB, Carolyn Restau of Edmonton, AB, Linda Bushey (Steve) Zepherhills, FL, Pamela Taylor of Perth-Andover, NB, Kathryn Taylor of California Settlement, NB; her brothers, Robert Taylor (Cora) of Fredericton, NB, Donald Taylor of Halifax, NS, Steven Taylor of California Settlement, NB, and Jeffrey Taylor of Grand Falls, NB; along with many nieces and nephews.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents, her brothers, David and Eugene Taylor.

Respecting Margaret’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service held. A private graveside service will be held at the Presbyterian Rural Cemetery.

For those who wish, memorial donations to the Presbyterian Rural Cemetery or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
