Cecelia Paul

Following a lengthy illness, Cecelia Bridgette Paul of Tobique First Nation, NB, passed away peacefully at the Tobique Valley Manor on the evening of August 18, 2024.

Cecelia was born at Tobique First Nation, NB, on November 18, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Elizabeth (Innis) Paul. Cecelia leaves behind her sons, John Paul (Lisa) of Tobique First Nation, NB, Peter Paul and Todd Paul, both of Connecticut; ten grandchildren and one great grandson.

She was predeceased by her parents; her sons, Vinal, Michael, and Gailen Paul; her brother, Albert Paul Jr., and Vinal Paul.

Funeral service was held on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 12 noon from St. Ann's Catholic Church, Tobique First Nation, NB. Father Curtis Sappier celebrated. Interment followed in the parish cemetery.

Music for the service was by Tracey Hamilton. The eulogy was given by Cecelia's granddaughter, Misty Paul.
