Mariette Thibodeau (English)

Mariette Thibodeau of Brossard, QC, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, December 13, 2024.

Mariette was born in St-Léonard, NB, on March 9, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Laurette Thibodeau. Mariette leaves behind her son, Bruce Thibodeau of Brossard, QC; her brothers and sisters, Dolores Gagnon (Normand) and Clermont Thibodeau (Rolande) of Saint-Léonard, Rosaire Thibodeau (Mina) of Grand Bay-Westfield, Marie-Paule Gagnon (Clarence) of Saint-Léonard, Marie-Thérèse “Ti-Lou” Bosquet (Mike) of St-Constant, QC, Marie-France Deschênes (Adrien) of Saint-Léonard, Venette “Ti-Van” Grandmaison (Daniel) of Edmundston, and Mark Thibodeau (Violette) of Saint-Léonard, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mariette was predeceased by her parents, her sisters, Claudette Adshead (Ed) and Marie Thibodeau at a young age, her brothers, Conrad “Slim” Thibodeau et Donald Thibodeau at a young age.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 11 am from the St-Léonard Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.

Mariette's family will receive condolences at the back of the St-Léonard Catholic Church one hour prior to the funeral, between 10-11 am.
