Leo "Lee" Thomas

Following a brief illness and with his loved ones by his side, Leo "Lee" Thomas of Perth-Andover, NB, passed away unexpectedly at his home on January 2, 2025 at the age of 62 years.

Lee was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on August 30, 1962. He was the son of the late Leo and Annie (Adams) Derrah. Lee leaves behind his sons, Jeremy Kinney (Holly) of Woodstock, NB, and Kevin Kinney of Perth-Andover, NB; 15 grandchildren; his sisters, Betty Francis (George), Connie Spencer, Brenda, and Marlene; his sister-in-law, Carole Smith of Perth-Andover, NB; six nieces and nephews; and two great nephews.

Lee was predeceased by his parents: his loving wife, Lynmarie Thomas; and his brothers, Stephen and Joey Thomas.

Lee loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also loved to hunt and fish, wrestling, and was a crazy Montreal Canadiens fan. He loved to play games on his computer, playing cards, and he would do just about anything for anyone.

Funeral service was held on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Mr. Brandon Dufour officiated. Interment will be in Larlee Creek Cemetery at a later date.

The urn was carried by Lee's grandchildren, Koda Wolfe and Reilly Densmore. The eulogy was given by Kevin and Jeremy Kinney.

For those who wish, memorial donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
