Linda Sisson

Following a period of declining health, Linda Alice Sisson of Perth-Andover, NB, passed away peacefully at the Upper River Valley Hospital on January 25, 2025.

Linda was born in Bath, NB, on April 26, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Sylvia (Fitzherbert) Parker. Linda leaves behind her loving husband of 56 years, Donald "Med" Sisson; her daughters, Stephanie Taylor (Larry) of Plaster Rock, NB, and Krista Sisson-Dow (Stephen) of Westbrook, ME; her grandchildren, Zachary Taylor, Tyler Sisson, Matthew Taylor, and Rebecca Taylor; her great grandchildren, Alex and Vincent; her sisters, Della Bishop (Bryce) of Carlingford, NB, and Charlotte Giberson of Plaster Rock, NB; along with several nieces and nephews.

Linda was predeceased by her parents; her grandson, Ethan Thibodeau; her sister, Sharon Finnamore; and her brother, Paul Parker.

Funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 3 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home. Rev. Dwayne Broad officiated. Interment will be in the Arthurette United Baptist Cemetery at a later date.

Music for the service was by Valerie Tompkins. The eulogy was given by Tyler Sisson.
