Brent Wright

Brent Lee Wright, born to Robert and June Wright in Fort Fairfield, ME, on August 18, 1959, tragically passed with Diane by his side on April 11, 2026 after a short hospitalization due to severe burns from a house fire on February 15, 2026.

Brent is survived by his partner of 10 years, Diane Kinney; his children, Melissa Richardson (Lance) and Marc Wright (Crystal); his stepchildren, Mitchell and Amber Rose LaFrance. He is also survived by his grandchildren, McKayla, Lauren, and Leith. He will be remembered by his brother, Rod (Paula) Wright; his sisters, Cheryl (Gaylen) Cropley, and Marcia (Tom) Mathieu; his aunt, Carolyn Goodine; and an amazing multitude of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Brent was predeceased by his parents; his second wife, Joyce, and most recently his older brother, Brian on March 18, 2026.

Brent lived and amazing life. He loved his Boston Red Sox and aspired to play professionally before he left home to join the US Air Force where he served overseas.

Brent graduated from Fort Fairfield High School class of 1977. He earned his Associate's Degree in Business Management from NMCC in 1996. His children will cherish memories of festivals, loving grandparents, dancing in the rain and singing out loud to country music.

Respecting Brent's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral held. A graveside service will be held at the Riverside Cemetery in Fort Fairfield, ME, on May 28, 2026 at 11 am (Eastern).

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
