Harry Boon
Harry Boon of Four Falls, NB, passed away peacefully at the Upper River Valley Hospital on June 21, 2026, with his family by his side.

Harry was born in Holland on December 19, 1942. He was the son of the late Dirk and Sientje (den Heijer) Boon. Harry leaves behind his loving wife of 42 years, Marjorie Boon (Price); his step-son, Shawn Wright (Sherry) of Arthurette, NB; his beloved grandchildren, Cole Wright (Madi) of Four Falls, NB, Ciara Wright of Four Falls, NB; and recently his pride and joy, his great grandchildren Ellanie and Matteo Wright; his sister, Tea Tolboom of Holland; his brother, Juan Boon of Holland; his extended family in Timmins, ON, grampie to Caleb and Braeden Eastabrook of Timmins, ON; along with many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his parents; his father and mother-in-law, Stafford and Greta (Baker) Price; his step-son, Mark Wright; his niece, Angela Brayall and her daughter, Kelsey; her nephews, Andrew Gallagher and Brad Dixon; his brother-in-law Frans Tolboom of Holland.

Harry moved to Canada in 1953 and became a proud Canadian. He was educated and worked in Canada for over 60 years in the field he loved, mechanical engineering and hoisting crane engineer, until retirement. He also mentored other into achieving their own possibilities.

Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Wednesday from 7-9 pm. There will be no formal funeral service held. However, a celebration of Harry's life will be held ay his home, 2941 Route 130, Four Falls, NB, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 2-4 pm. There will be refreshments and an opportunity to share stories about Harry.

For those who wish, memorial donations to a local school breakfast program, the IWK Children's Hospital, or to a charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.

Harry's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at the Grand Falls Emergency Room and the entire medical staff at the Upper River Valley Hospital for their care and compassion.
