James DeWitt of Weaver, NB passed away at the Saint John Regional
Hospital on September 21, 2007.
Born in Crombie Settlement, NB on June 21, 1934, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Grace (Boone) DeWitt. James leaves behind his wife Ginger DeWitt (Johnson); his daughters Jean Anne Dewitt of Fredericton, Christine DeWitt of Minneapolis, MN, Anne Drost (Carl) of Fredericton; his sister Bessie MacDonald of Weaver; sisters-in-law Opal DeWitt of Plaster Rock and Ruth Langley of Lower Sackville, NS; grandchildren Harley and Benjamin Drost. He was predeceased by his parents, sisters Mary Kane, Laura Harrison, Margaret Hiscock; brothers Carl DeWitt, David DeWitt, Earle Inman, and Walton Inman.
James was a custodian at Tobique Valley High School until his retirement.
There will be no visitation be request. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at 2 pm from the Tobique Chapel, Plaster Rock. Rev. Fred Hanson officiating. Arrangements by Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
